Object: Updating Your Computer with Lenovo Vantage

Description

This guide explains how to use the Lenovo Vantage application to keep your computer's drivers and software up to date, and how to install the application if it is missing.

Steps

1. Search for and open the Lenovo Vantage application.

2. If the application is not installed, skip to step 7.

3. In the Device tab, click System Update.

4. Click the CHECK FOR UPDATES button to begin scanning.

5. Click INSTALL ALL UPDATES, or select the updates you wish to install and click INSTALL SELECTED UPDATES.

6. Restart your computer when prompted. After restarting, repeat the update check until no more updates are available.

7. Installation (Only if Lenovo Vantage is not on your computer)

8. Click HERE and then click Download.

9. Click Get to install the application.

Notes

• WARNING: If a BIOS update is available, back up all your important data before starting the installation.
• If prompted for a password during a BIOS update, enter Gcmcorp0!.
