Steps

1. Close all Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, Project).

2. Open the Programs and Features window by searching for appwiz.cpl in the Windows search bar and pressing Enter.

3. Find and select Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise - en-us in the list of programs.

4. Click the Change button located at the top of the list.

5. Select the Online Repair option and then click Repair to start the process.
