 Follow these steps to report a suspicious email as phishing in the Outlook desktop application or the web version. 
 Steps 
 
 
 In the Outlook desktop application, click Report Message . 
 
 
 Click Phishing .
 
 
 
 In the Outlook web version, click the three dots (...). 
 
 
 Click Report . 
 
 
 Click Report phishing .
